Who we are
Buildyra ("Buildyra", "we", "us") is a website builder. You can reach a human at hellobuildyra@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 89580 13179.
This policy covers buildyra.com, the Buildyra builder and dashboard, and the websites published on Buildyra subdomains. It does not cover what an independent business does on a site it built with Buildyra, that business is its own controller and answers for its own visitors' data.
What we collect
What you give us
- Account details, your email address, and a display name if you set one.
- Site content, everything you type into the builder: business name, tagline, services, prices, opening hours, contact details, FAQs, and any photographs you upload. Some of this is published by design.
- Messages, what you send us by email or WhatsApp.
What we record as you use Buildyra
- Which pages you opened, and how you first arrived (for example, a link that carried a campaign tag). This is our own counting, no third-party analytics service is loaded, and it only runs if you accept analytics in the cookie banner. Accepting also lets us ask ipapi.co to turn your IP address into a country, region and city; decline and your IP is never sent to them.
- Technical information your browser sends to any website it connects to, such as IP address, browser and operating system.
What we never hold
Card numbers. Payments are taken by Razorpay on their own checkout. Your card details go to Razorpay, not to us. We are told that a payment succeeded, for which plan, and an identifier for the order.
How we use it
- To run your account, save your sites and publish them when you ask.
- To take payment for a paid plan and to keep a record of it.
- To answer you when you write to us.
- To understand which parts of the product are used, so we can improve them, only with your consent.
- To keep the service secure and to investigate abuse.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your content to advertise to you.
Where it is stored
Your account and your site records are stored with Supabase, which hosts the database and handles sign-in. Some information is also kept in your own browser so the builder can work smoothly, see the Cookie Policy for exactly what and why.
Data may be processed outside your country. Where that happens we rely on our providers' standard contractual protections.
Who else sees it
We share only what a provider needs to do its job:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies and local storage
Buildyra sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party tracker. What it does store is listed item by item in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive it in a portable form. Write to hellobuildyra@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time from the cookie banner, without giving a reason and without affecting your account.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
- Account and sites, while your account exists. Ask us to delete the account and we remove them, except what we must keep by law.
- Payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Analytics, kept in aggregate, not tied to a published profile.
Children
Buildyra is meant for people running a business and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the product or by email rather than relying on you to notice.
