Who we are
Buildyra ("Buildyra", "we", "us") is a website builder. You can reach a human at hellobuildyra@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 89580 13179.
By creating an account or using Buildyra you agree to these terms. If you are using Buildyra for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.
What Buildyra is
Buildyra generates a website from details you supply and hosts it on a Buildyra subdomain. Building and previewing a site is free. Publishing and the features listed on the pricing page depend on your plan.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person or business per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got in.
Acceptable use
Do not use Buildyra to publish or do any of the following:
- Anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Content you do not have the right to use, including photographs and trademarks.
- Misleading claims about a business, including invented reviews, ratings or statistics.
- Malware, phishing, or pages that impersonate another person or organisation.
- Sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or harassment.
- Attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Reselling Buildyra as your own product without a written agreement.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
Your content
You own what you write and upload. We claim no ownership of it. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, to display it in the builder, and to publish it on your site when you ask.
You confirm you have the right to everything you upload. Photographs supplied by Buildyra come from stock libraries under their own licences and may be used on the site you build with them; they are not yours to resell separately.
We own Buildyra itself, the software, the designs, the scroll architectures and the brand. Using the product does not transfer any of that to you.
Published sites
- A published site is served on a Buildyra subdomain. Custom domains depend on your plan.
- You are the publisher of your site and responsible for what it says, including whether it meets the rules of your own trade and country.
- If your site collects information from its visitors, you are that data's controller and you need your own privacy notice.
- We may take a site offline if it breaks the acceptable-use rules above, or if we are required to.
Plans and billing
- Prices are shown on the pricing page, in Indian rupees or US dollars depending on where you are. Taxes may be added where they apply.
- Payments are taken by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number.
- A paid plan runs for the period you paid for and, unless cancelled, renews for another period at the price then shown.
- We may change prices. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a renewal at a new price.
- If a payment fails, paid features may pause until it succeeds.
Cancelling
You may cancel at any time, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Payments already made are not refunded, the full position, including how we handle duplicate or failed charges, is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Availability and support
We work to keep Buildyra available but we do not promise it will never be down. Maintenance, a failure at one of our providers, or something outside our control can interrupt it. We do not offer a guaranteed response time unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Third-party services
Buildyra relies on Supabase, Razorpay and the asset providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms govern what they do, and we are not responsible for their acts beyond our reasonable control.
Liability
Buildyra is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
Ending this agreement
You may stop using Buildyra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice so you can take a copy of your content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the product or by email before it takes effect.
